Infrastructure

The Institute is established in nine acres of lush green campus with sufficient open space. All the necessary amenities have been created with a total cost of 3.5 Crores. The Institute has six class rooms, with well furnished furniture, nine workshops with all machineries and equipments, a library & reading room, a full fledged computer Lab, and a seminar hall with audio-video with latest Multi-media projector facility. The Institute is having residential facility for housing the participants in the campus including boarding facility.

SPECIAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

TOYOTA TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM (T-TEP)- in association with Toyota Company a facility for T-TEP training program is established from August 2006. The T-TEP lab is equipped with latest Toyota major aggregates like Innova, corolla engines, their trans axles, differentials, power steering; practice kits of clip removal & electrical connections and innovative simulators and supporting training materials. A separate workshop is constructed with two post lift faculties and epoxy coated flooring.  The very objective of this program is to impart specialized training for second year MMV trainees to enhance their competency and qualify them to appear for Team-21 examination for award of Diagnostic Technician Certificate, which is universally accepted. Our Institute is one of four institutes of T-TEP training institutes set up in India, other three bring in Chennai, Mumbai & Delhi.

VOLTAS SPONSORED TRAINING PROGRAM

This Institute associating with VOLTAS company to build infrastructure facility to impart training to ITI Electrician, ITI plumber/Fitters, ITI Mechanic Refrigerator & Air conditioners to enhance their competency and make them readily acceptable in the National and international employment market.

• Our welder trainees and faculty have taken up and executed successfully the    following Work order:   

• Repairing by welding a critical aluminium job by TIG process for KPC Ltd., Ganeshagudi. 
• Fabrication of aluminium frames by TIG process for Cellco solar system, Hubli
• Fabrication of Hitachi track guards for IAL, Dharwad.
